Six Lobster Picks. Crayfish, Crab Forks

This is a set of six, vintage, Lobster forks/ Lobster picks.
Each fork measures 22.5cms/ 8¾" long.
The set weighs 120gms / 4.3ozs altogether.

The lobster forks have a lovely central, oval, "thumb" hold and are narrow with two tiny tines, used to extract meat from joints, legs, claws, and other small parts of a lobster at one end, and a "scoop" end for scooping out meat from inside the lobster at the other. They are also perfect for crab and crayfish.
They have a raised lobster motif in the center.

In great vintage condition, they have many years of service yet to offer.
This stylish cutlery would look great on any table adding a touch of French elegance. French fine dining at its best!
