Orders and Shipping

Order processing times

Most orders ship the following business day. When we're extra busy, it may take up to 3 days. Any exceptions to this will be clearly announced on a site-wide banner. Packages ship from Nouvelle-Aquitaine, France. If you need your package by a specific date, please send us an email before ordering to verify that it can arrive in time. We want you to receive your goods as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate any special requests! 

Shipping methods

When your order dispatches you will be sent an e-mail with all the tracking information and links to follow the progress of our delivery.

All Items are shipped with full tracking. Larger purchases, over 150€, will be shipped using France's 1st Class, International services, Fully Tracked, Signed for and Insured.

We don't charge for packaging and should the worst happen we always refund or replace. 

Once you have been notified of dispatch the delivery time frames are as follows: 
Europe: 1 - 5 working days 
Rest of the World 5 -14 working days

Occasionally a delivery may take longer due to customs delays.

Returns & Exchanges

You have the right of cancellation for 14 calendar days starting from the order delivery date.

Returns and exchanges are accepted on unopened, unused items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of damaged goods.
