Orders and Shipping
Customer service is of utmost importance to us, and we hope the following information answers any questions or concerns you may have. If your question isn't addressed here, please don't hesitate to email email@example.com.
Order processing times
Most orders ship the following business day. When we're extra busy, it may take up to 3 days. Any exceptions to this will be clearly announced on a site-wide banner. Packages ship from Nouvelle-Aquitaine, France. If you need your package by a specific date, please send us an email before ordering to verify that it can arrive in time. We want you to receive your goods as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate any special requests!
All packages are shipped via French La Poste's Premium Service "Colissimo International", always Tracked, Signed for and Insured.
We will always combine shipping on multiple purchases and refund back to you any overages.
We don't charge for packaging and should the worst happen we always refund or replace.
Once you have been notified of dispatch the delivery time frames are as follows:
Europe: 1 - 5 working days
Rest of the World 5 -14 working days
Occasionally a delivery may take longer due to customs delays, and there may be import duties/taxes/fees applied by your country. Please be aware of these potential fees; they aren't included in our shipping fees and they are your responsibility as the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted on unopened, unused items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of damaged goods. To return or exchange an item, send your order within 2 weeks of receipt to:

Please be sure to include a note with your order number and whether you'd like a refund or store credit. You don't need to let us know why you're returning an item. We just want you to love what you order!
