This is an exceptional set of six Laguiole, Jean Dubost, steak knives, with 'polka dot' black and white acrylic handles. Boxed in a beautiful, practical, wooden box, with 'scooped' sections to display the knives, when not in use.
Handmade in France, they come with an 'authenticity certificate', the sign of the exceptional quality of these knives.
Each knife has the trademark 'Bee', in relief on each handle, the handles being gently curved for perfect grip and cutting action.
In excellent condition, never used, they measure 23cms/ 9" long.
Altogether, in the box, they weigh 400gms/ 14ozs.
The certificate, in English, explains how Dubost Colas Pradel was created in 1920, by Monsieur Pierre DUBOST, a professional in cutlery, who was himself a cutler's son and maker of the famous Laguiole knives. The Laguoile knife has been crafted in the heart of France for over 200 years.
