Glazed white on the inside and navy blue on the outside, this beautifully detailed boat dish is in the exact shape of a fishing boat, flat at the back and rising gently at the front, with ridges reminiscent of boat timbers.
It measures 24cms/ 9½" long x 18cms/ 7" wide x 6cms/ 2¼" deep.
In perfect condition, with no chips, scratches or cracks. It is clearly marked 'BCI, Fabriqué en Bretagne' on the base, and numbered, as these were limited edition ceramics. Originally made to be used as oven to table cookware, it's perfect in any nautical kitchen/bathroom/washroom setting. Perfect for storing towels, candles and soaps. It would make an unusual gift for anyone who loves 'sea themed' interior décor. Perfect for beach huts and holiday homes by the sea.
Inside you will find:
Three new 100% cotton tea-towels in blue and white, plain, striped and checked designs, measuring 50cms/ 19½" x 70cms/ 17½".
