I was so excited to find these dishes as they are really unusual. These dishes carry Classic Recipes for Moules (Mussels), who doesn't love the Famous French Classic 'Moules Frites'?
What a great opportunity to impress your dinner guests - a great 'talking point'- and an excellent opportunity to try out these French 'Moule' Classics.
The dishes are deep sided to hold a stack of moules easily, keeping lots of the cooking juice/sauce in the bottom.
They are very collectible and an ideal gift for Seafood Chefs or for anyone who loves French Cuisine.

Pillivuyt has been manufacturing high quality French porcelain since 1818. It is one of the few porcelain makers to develop its own porcelain compound on-site at the factory, and one of the last manufacturers to maintain a 100% French production.
Pillivuyt remains located in the town of Mehun-sur-Yevre which has been home to the factory for nearly two centuries.
