A Veuve Clicquot Champagne bucket. Champagne cooler from the 1990's.

Now iconic and very collectible these promotional items are increasingly rare and hard to find.

Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin is a French Champagne house based in Reims. It was founded in 1772 by Philippe Clicquot and is one of the largest champagne houses in the world.

The Veuve Clicquot logo and wording appear all the way around the rim of this bucket. The bright orange colour and black wording are instantly recognizable, "Veuve Clicquot" with the "VCP Anchor" logo.
In excellent vintage condition it stands 21.5cms/ 8½" tall and is 19.5cms/ 7½" diameter, at it's widest. It weighs 900gms/ 2 lbs.
The handle has some scuffs and scratches (please see photos) and there are a few light surface marks, consistent with use, but nothing whatsoever to detract from its beauty or functionality.
