Set of two antique French, ironstone, transferware plates.
The platter is marked "Terre de Fer (Ironstone) Parmentier, Salins" the plate is marked " Richelieu, Badonviller, F. T"
In genuine antique condition, with stains, plenty of glazing crackle and a few edge "nibbles" for that "aged to perfection" charm.
Please see the last two photos for details of the condition of these plates. They have everything required for that authentic, antique "look". There are two edge chips on the undersides, so not viewable from the top, and a couple of barely detectable edge grazes, consistent with their age and use. They have a few light surface scratches and marks, but nothing whatsoever to detract from their beauty or functionality.

Perfect for displays or to use for special occasions, these are great collectible plates with real age, history and high impact, they need to be handled with respect for their age and condition.

The platter measures 41cms/ 16" long x 28cms/ 11" wide.
The plate measures 30cms/ 11¾" diameter.
