Set of Five Delft Blue and White Transferware Plates.

This is a set of five, Delft blue and white transferware plates by "Moulin de Loups". Perfect for displaying on a country cottage dresser or for weddings and vintage tea parties.

Each plate has a different image, each is equally as lovely. They are numbered, 3, 4, 8, 11 and 12 (these models date from between 1896 to 1952).
You will receive exactly this set of plates.

This set weighs 1.5kgs/ 3.3 lbs altogether.
The plates measure 20cms/ 7¾" diameter.

They are all in great vintage condition, with no chips or cracks. They have slightly rough, nibbled, edges and the beginnings of ageing "hairline crackle" to the glazes, which is to be expected with the age of these plates and is desirable for that "antique" look and feel, adding to their authenticity and charm. One of the plates has a patch of discoloration on the underside (see photos.)

They all have the "MOULIN DES LOUPS & HAMAGE NORD" DELFT mark on the underside.
