A huge, vintage, French wooden polished turned hardwood pedestal. Plant stand. Column pedestal stand. Perfect for displaying large flower arrangements in hallways/entryways and library/reading rooms. It is solid, sturdy and super stylish.
It weighs 3.4kgs/ 7.5 lbs!

It is threaded, and comes apart into three sections, for ease of storage and transportation.
It is tall, standing 88cms/ 34½" tall. The base is 26cms/ 10¼" diameter. The shelf is 23cms/ 9" diameter.
In amazing condition for its age. It is a genuine vintage item and therefore has some surface scratches/scapes from years of genuine use. The varnish has slight signs of "wear".
It has many, many years of service yet to offer.
A wonderful, unusual stand from a "by-gone" era!
